Death Trooper (Specialist) One Sixth Scale Figure by Hot Toys

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story - Movie Masterpiece Series

"It's the trooper you don't see that will get you."
Cassian Andor

Cassian couldn't of said it better. These elite troopers of the Galactic Empire definitely live up to their name. Not just by bringing destruction on their enemies but everything from their weapons to their armor bring ultimate intimidation.

Once again Hot Toys gives us an amazing 1/6th scale figure. 1 of the 4 different Death Troopers soon to be available. Can you imagine all 4 together, that's a deadly arsenal for sure!

Lets Begin:

I've been enjoying the Rogue One Hot Toys Box Art. It's like bringing a piece of the Movie into your home.

This is everything that comes in the box. Not only do you need to remove the plastic protectors from the figure but if you look in the knees there is added small foam pads for protection. Make sure to remove those too when posing.

Another feature I've enjoyed is that art on the stands. Remember to be patient when sticking the adhesive side.

The left shoulder pouch is easily placed with an elastic band. You could pose this figure without it if you wanted too. The tactical vest is just too cool!

The under suit and armor are on point. Couldn't ask for any better.

This guy is so shiny the pictures don't give it justice. I actually used gloves because I didn't want to get smudges on the armor.

I truly enjoyed posing this Deathtrooper. It is so balanced it stood well without a stand but I would never leave my 1/6th scale figures without a stand. I'm just paranoid they would fall. The LED lights are great on the mask. Some shots in a darker setting would be fun and give it that galactic special forces look. The armor and the tactical vest really portray a warrior ready for anything. I really would like to have all 3 Deathtroopers side by side. They would look deadly but for now this is perfect.
